

Make sure that your actual printer settings match the Layout of the file you are printing. Under the 2D Menu Tab: Make sure you check mark (turn on) “Show Flaps Enabled” and “Show Edge ID”.

You will just have to tape the parts together before gluing your model together. Sometimes the pieces are just too big to fit on one sheet of paper and that’s ok. Drag the individual pieces around to make sure they fit right on the paper. When you change the Print settings to Letter, the parts are going to shift around a bit and might end up overlapping a few pages. Under the File Tab: Change Print Settings to Letter (default is A4) Change Margins to 5 Change Transparency to 0 Change Line weight to 10 Chage to Print line smoothly.

Then decide what you want to make and search for the file online.Don’t buy the stuff in the scrapbooking area, it’s more expensive and not as thick. You can find a pack of 75 sheets at Walmart for about $5. You can pay for the full version, but you don’t really need it when you’re just starting out. Be sure to download the Designer and not just the Viewer, you can do more stuff with Designer and they’re both free, so why not. Just google it, then go to the website and download the free version.
